Do not equate the labels

Ask the source what the category describes for the specific home. A label in a catalogue is not proof of the floor level, internal connection, ownership arrangement or available outdoor space.

Request the precise configuration

Obtain a labelled plan showing the levels, internal access and relevant building position. Compare the documented layout, not a category name alone.

Keep classification transparent
